How to make chicken to white cream and broccoli

In a medium pan, place the Terrano® olive oil and bring to high heat to heat. Add the chicken and fry for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Add the broccoli and sauté for 2 minutes or until they are “al dente”. Add Vono®, previously mixed with milk, and stir for 1 minute or until full. Remove from heat and serve then.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil Terrano®
  • 200 g of chicken files cut into baits (sassami)
  • Half -skein bouquets of ninja broccoli, ferventies
  • 1 VONO® Envelope Corn with reduced sodium chicken
  • 1 cup of hot milk (200 ml)

Preparation mode

Tip: To foster the broccoli, put them in boiling water, wait until the water boils again and leave for 2 minutes. Drain, go through the cold water and use it right away in the preparation.
