How to make chicken meatballs in tomato sauce
In a container, mix the bread, 1 maggi sachet my secret, chicken, egg, onion and parsley, until it forms a homogeneous mass. Model the meatballs and set aside. In a pan, heat the olive oil and brown the garlic. Add the tomato pulp, the maggi my remaining secret, the basil and the water and let it boil. Add the meatballs, cover the pan and bring to medium heat for about 8 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked. Serve next.

- 1 French bread dawned, without shell, diced
- 2 MAGGI® Sachets My Secret® Tomatoes and Herbs
- 500g of ground chicken breast
- 1 ovo
- 1 small grated onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 Tooth of a shredded garlic
- 2 cups of tomato pulp
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- Half teaspoon of dry basil
- Half a cup of water
