With that in mind, Vono®, Ajinomoto do Brasil's soup brand, separated this delicious quick and easy to prepare recipe, perfect for those who want to warm up without giving up a lot of taste and deliciousness.

How to make fricassé with reduced sodium

In the blender glass, place half the corn and water, and beat at medium speed for 1 minute, or until a homogeneous mixture. Reserve. In a large pan, put the butter and bring to high heat to melt. Add the chicken and carrot, and sauté for 3 minutes, or until the chicken golden. Add the remaining corn, reserved mixture, Vono®, previously mixed with milk, and cook, always stirring for 1 minute, or until lightly beaten. Lower the heat and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or even full. Remove from heat, sprinkle the parsley and then serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of green corn, steam cooked, in pickled, drained
  • Half a cup of water (100 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 2 Breaks of mid and bone -free chicken, cooked and shredded (600 g)
  • 1 grated small carrot
  • 1 VONO® ENVELOPE Chef Cream onion with reduced sodium
  • 3 cups of milk (600 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation mode
