How to make Christmas turkey with sauce

Ingredients

Herbal marinade

  • 1 whole turkey
  • 1kg of celery cut into medium cubes
  • 1 kg of carrot cut into medium cubes
  • 1 diced pear onion
  • 1 pack of fresh thyme
  • 1 pack of fresh rosemary
  • Black pepper in grain (to taste)
  • 1.5 liter of dry white wine
  • Salt to taste

Roast turkey

  • 300 grams of unsalted whole butter;
  • Various fresh herbs to taste (rosemary, basil, thyme, sage, mint, marjoram etc.)
  • Salt to taste

Sauce to accompany

  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 250 ml of cold water
  • Salt to taste
  • White Kingdom Pepper in Grains to taste

Preparation mode

  • Cut the vegetables into average cubes.
  • Mix all ingredients and place the turkey to marinate in a refrigerator for at least 24 hours.

Roast turkey

  • Strain the turkey baking sheet, bring to low heat and reduce to concentrate the taste.
  • If you do not reach the desired consistency, thick with a mixture of diluted wheat flour in cold water.
