How to make Practical Chicken Stroganoff

In a large pan, put the oil and bring to high heat to heat. Add the chicken and fry for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown. Add ketchup, mustard and tomato extract, and stir. Add the mushroom, milk and vono®, and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until the texture is creamy and the homogeneous appearance. Remove from heat and serve

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 800 g of chicken breast fillets cut into thin baits
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • Half a cup of tomato extract
  • 1 small glass mushroom glass cut into blades, drained
  • 4 cups of milk (800 ml)
  • 1 VONO® ENVELOPE Chef Cream onion with reduced sodium
