How to make traditional roast chester
In a Royal Prestige® Bowl, put the orange juice, the garlic, and the spices with the butter. Stir well so that it is homogeneous and creamy. Spread the seasoning mixed on the Chester until it takes all the parts. Even rub in the cavity. After that, turn on the stove at medium-temperature at an average temperature and add a little olive oil to your Royal Oval Royal Bakingheira Prestige® and place the Chester inside. Pour what's left of the spice over the bird. Cover and let it over medium heat to catch pressure. Once you get the pressure, completely lower the heat and maintain for 20 minutes or until it is at the ideal point. Turn off and let the pressure come out naturally. Remove from pan and let cool slightly.
