How to Chester with Spinach Cream and Orange Farofa
Season the chester with garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs. Let marine for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight). Before baking, spread the butter over the Chester and drizzle with olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake preheated to 180 ° C for 2 hours. Remove the aluminum paper and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden brown. Reserve.

- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 lemonger juice

Spinach
- 2 spinach packs (leaves only)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of fresh cream
- 1/2 cup (tea) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, nutmeg and black pepper to taste.
Supreme Bahia Orange Farofa
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup (tea) of raisins (optional)
- 1 cup (tea) of toasted cassava flour
- Bahia 2 oranges
- 1 orange juice Bahia
- Salt and black pepper to taste
