How to make crispy overcox with cookie
Arrange the piraquê water and sesame cookie in a bag and grind it with the aid of a roll. In a bowl, arrange the crushed cookie, the toasted panko flour, the butter and the chives. Mix until it is a damp crumb. Season the overcoxes with salt and black pepper and take them to a baking dish greased with a drizzle of olive oil. Arrange the crumbs on top of each of the overcoxes and bake preheated to 180˚ for approximately 40 minutes, or until they are baked and with the golden crust. Serve next.

- 1 and ½ cup of the toasted panko flour
- 100g of butter with salt at room temperature
- Chives to taste
- 6 chicken overcoxes
