How to make turkey breast with pineapple and orange sauce

In a medium -sized pan, put the orange juice, brown sugar, honey, cornstarch, mustard, grated ginger and Maggi broth. Bring to low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the orange buds and leave another 5 minutes. Remove and add the chopped mint.

Ingredients

Orange sauce

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 Maggi® Broth Chicken tablet
  • 1 orange in buds
  • Half tablespoon of fresh mint chopped

Grilled pineapple

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 fresh pineapple in slices, without the core

Assembly

  • 500 g of sliced ​​smoked turkey breast
  • Mint leaves to decorate
