How to make turkey breast with pineapple and orange sauce
In a medium -sized pan, put the orange juice, brown sugar, honey, cornstarch, mustard, grated ginger and Maggi broth. Bring to low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the orange buds and leave another 5 minutes. Remove and add the chopped mint.
Ingredients
Orange sauce
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Maggi® Broth Chicken tablet
- 1 orange in buds
- Half tablespoon of fresh mint chopped
Grilled pineapple
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 fresh pineapple in slices, without the core
Assembly
- 500 g of sliced smoked turkey breast
- Mint leaves to decorate

Orange sauce

Grilled pineapple
- Brush a frying pan or grid with butter, bring to high heat and, when very hot, grill the pineapple slices.
Assembly
- Place a pineapple sick over each dessert plate.
- Wrap the turkey breast slices and place three of them over each pineapple slice.
- Drizzle with the sauce and decorate with mint leaves.
