How to make chicken with tikka sauce masala

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder from Kitano
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder from Kitano
  • 1 teaspoon of dust cardamom

Chicken

  • 500g of chest fillet
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 bottle of tomato sauce
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 Pot of natural yogurt
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 100 ml of water
  • Optional: ½ pack of coriander
